Among the many benefits of receiving therapeutic touch, massage can help us release tension and pain, help us access emotions, improve energy, stabilize moods, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and optimize immune function.

Massage sessions are provided with a holistic framework. In addition to your hands-on massage time, a minimum of 15 minutes are included with each session for a wellness check-in, potential Inner Relationship Focusing, wellness education, resourcing, life coaching, and post-massage integration time.
