Service Description

Using a sophisticated blend of massage modalities, this intentionally focused therapeutic massage goes above and beyond a typical spa massage, to address acute and chronic issues. Options for postural analysis, structural assessment, wellness education, and self-care exercises are available to support your recovery from life depleting discomfort. Specifically designed to meet your needs, your session will allow you the peaceful space to relax and unwind, while addressing your body's aches and pains. Based in the holistic approach to wellness, sessions are scheduled to include time for checking in about your current state in mind and body, as well as post-massage integration. Depending on your needs, between 10-20 minutes of your total session time will be dedicated to space for you to share what's going on for you and for post massage integration. The remaining time will be used for hands on massage.
