60 Minute Massage

Service Description

Transcend the mundane and find your bliss in with a full-body sensory experience. Address acute and/or chronic pain with focused therapeutic attention. Enhance your massage by pairing your session with your choice of organic essential oils. Release stress and tension as your body and mind is replenished during your restorative session. Based in the holistic approach to wellness, sessions are scheduled to include time for checking in about your current state in mind and body, as well as post-massage integration. Depending on your needs, between 10-20 minutes of your total session time will be dedicated to space for you to share what's going on for you and for post massage integration. The remaining time will be used for hands on massage.
