Service Description

This free connection call is available for you to share what's happening for you. We can use this time to discuss what you need and hope to get out of our work together. You can ask me any questions you have about Holistic Life Coaching, Bodywork and Massage Therapy. Tell me as much or as little as you feel comfortable with to determine if I am the right somatic practitioner for you. If your needs and wants are outside of my scope of practice or expertise, I am happy to refer you to colleagues and other professionals that may be better suit help you address your needs and achieve your goals.
