Service Description

Enjoy the benefits of a longer session, with ample time to share in detail your experiences in mind and body. We will design each session to meet your needs with coaching, massage, or a combination of both. This session length is a great option to experiment with various embodiment practices, and to get plenty of feedback to address whatever is most alive for you in the moment.
