Service Description

Spa zen meets sports massage in this dynamic harmony of bliss and therapeutic bodywork. Rejuvenate your body and find a new sense of well-being by letting go of tension, while improving your circulation, range of motion, and overall wellbeing. This session integrates facilitated stretches with concentrated attention to specific trouble areas, tight muscles, and chronic issues. Suggested for people with more than two areas that need focused time and attention. Based in the holistic approach to wellness, sessions are scheduled to include time for checking in about your current state in mind and body, as well as post-massage integration. Depending on your needs, between 10-20 minutes of your total session time will be dedicated to space for you to share what's going on for you and for post massage integration. The remaining time will be used for hands on massage.
