Hot Stone: Smooth, warm river stones are used to glide over the surface of your skin, soothing your whole being and letting your stress melt away. CBD Massage: Enhancing the therapeutic benefits of traditional Swedish massage with the powerful medicinal properties of CBD will aid in improved sleep, calming the nervous system, and reducing pain and inflammation. Based in the holistic approach to wellness, sessions are scheduled to include time for checking in about your current state in mind and body, as well as post-massage integration. Depending on your needs, between 10-20 minutes of your session will be dedicated to space for you to share what's going on for you. The remaining time will be used for hands on massage. $25 added to any regular massage session
